David Franks is extremely sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable.  The first time I met with Mr. Franks, I asked:  “Why should I drive an hour and pay $500.00 more for you, rather than my cheaper hometown lawyer?”  He said: “No one else will work as hard for you as I will.” I didn’t believe him at the time, but now I do.
